RESOLVED: Issues completing some Mail activities (password prompt)

We’ve learned that some users may be intermittently encountering repeat requests for password authentication when completing some basic Mail activities (send, move, delete, etc.).
Our engineers are reviewing the situation, but in the meantime I wanted to confirm with you that we are aware and are on the case.
