Oh, and I don't use Norton Antivirus. I use a different program and cannot figure out why all this is always coming up. Even if people are sending me attachments using their version of Norton, why is it always showing up on my end? I'm so frigging frustrated and aggravated that I can't find a support number to get help from Yahoo. UGH!!!

In the past 2-3 weeks, I haven't been able to open email attachments. Norton pops up in which you click on "Download Attachment" . . . then nothing. Absolutely nothing! I have jpg and pdf files that I can't see. One of them is the sonogram of my newest, anticipated grandchild. Crazy this is this - both my husband and I have Yahoo Mail, but I am the only one with this problem. What the hay?!?!

Did anyone have issues trying to activate the new Yahoo Mail on a PC with XP/SP2 behind a corporate firewall? I have until recently and kept getting login errors. I had to turn off the ad blocker in Symantic to make it work. Did anyone else have anything like this?

Hi there

A while ago I decided to use Outlook as my email interface as I wasn't content with the old yahoo design and functionality. Now the new yahoo mail is excellent, I would like to move my email back there again but as I didn't keep a copy of the messages on the server, it would involve forwarding several hundred messages back to the server.

In your future updates could you please allow the uploading of a PST file back up to the Yahoo mail servers. I think this would be useful for existing customers but also to attract new customers - at present if a Gmail user for example wishes to switch over, there is no way of importing his existing files and folders. Surely this would be an excellent marketing tactic to entice new users.

Thanks
Richard
