I recently changed my yahoo account to y-mail and I have many failure to deliver notices. It is very unprofessional and I am wondering what the problem is? Aso, it is taking several days before the mail is returned to me so I think the mail was delivered. What is the problem? I am thinking of changing addresses?? Thanks, Mary

I've had the same error over and over again for at least 6 months now! The error is the following:

"There was a problem accessing your account. Please try again in a moment. code 2"

I wrote some e-mails asking for help and I even sent a screenshot so they could see the error message. And nothing. And this only happens to one of my Yahoo accounts. Yahoo sucks, that's all I can say because this is a shame.

Hello, I also have trouble login in. Keep getting the code 2 message. Is this permanent? Can it be fixed or can I already say bye bye to all my messages from the last 8 years?

Well obviously no one from yahoo has responded. However, I am getting really worried about not being able to check my mail. I couldn't get on ANY yahoo sites on Friday (5/9) got on yahoo mail briefly on Saturday and then all this week, nothing! I don't even get an error message, just nothing. What are we supposed to do? How are we supposed to check our e-mail? Why can't we get any answers!?!?!

Does anyone know anything about this? It looks really bad for yahoo to be having server issues or whatever it may be at this point with all of the bad media they have been getting recently. AND I REALLY NEED TO CHECK MY EMAIL!!!

Oh...and I forgot to mention. The reply times are terrible for support. I submitted the online form for prioritized sending, since we dont' send out ANY bulk mail, solicited or otherwise, 13 days ago, and the only reply I've recieved said that someone would get back to me within 5 days.
