Here in the past few months from YAHOO I have been getting these sexcam offers in my email. Naturally you have NO option to answer these unrequested and unwanted offers ( SEX SPAM) I want my nic off of all of Yahoo’s sexual related little money making adventures. I have no interest and if I did I’m smart enough to find it on my on without the help of Yahoo. Just where do you go to post complaints about such issues? They certainly are not listed by Yahoo, So I’ll post everywhere I can. Laci

Being directed to Check Mail page after clicking on subject in My Yahoo’s mail preview feature is unnecessary and wastes time.

I do not like the idea that when in the inbox instead of the date line being the date it has the time. Also there is less wording for the subject line because the line has been changed to a single. I also don’t like the idea that if I want to forward an e-mail I can’t use in-line text any more only can use attachment. I’ve had trouble accessing some attachments because I get a message saying I need to have a different address. I totally agree with one of your other letters above from V. Pulliam May 8, 2008.

I made the mistake of trying the “new” Yahoo E-mail. What I got was a lousy primitive program that does not allow me to switch back to the previous version that worked great for the last 10 year. With this “new” version, I do not have the options to change font sizes, embolden, underline or spell check when I compose and E-mail. The “Switch-Back” link that I am supposed to be able to find at the top of the Yahoo Mail page is not there. Clicking on the “E-mail Us” link does nothing. I have tried an “Opt Out” link suggested by another Yahoo user, but clicking on this makes no change in the format. How can I get back to my orginal E-mail format?

Don’t know what is going on, but I use Incredimail and it had worked fine until yesterday. CANNOT receive mail from my Yahoo account. YES I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER have Yahoo Plus Mail. WHAT IS GOING ON? TRIED ALL DIFFERENT RECCOMENDATIONS AND NOTHING WORKS!!!! Hello YAHOO?

Gentlemen. I receive my email quite well and have no problem except one. My son whose email address is tzimmermann@fccva.com does not reach me. He has written to me quite often and has verified this by phone but I do not receive his email. I receive everyone’s email except his. Can make this problem go away?

M having problem to login to yahoo mail . And i really NEED URGENT assistance coz there’s where i do alot of chatting related to my work.
I tried so many times but it kept bouncing back “yahoo mail experienced a loggin error;subject expected” and when i click ok button ” unable to load mail javascript files”.
So mean time.. i can only check my email thru MAIL CLASSIC which i dnt like.
Please help me

I have Dial Up service from ATT Yahoo. Dial up is only option here in this rural area of Michigan. Yahoo keeps telling us we must update our browser. We have downloaded the Yie7 setup for internet explorer. When we get the notice to up the browser, we have tried several times to do so. The download starts and runs for half hour or so then shows error 13 and stops. We set the retry and it will work for a while and stops again. We try to go back to classic mail. What can we do the get a browser that will work in Dial Up? aaapandd@sbcglobal.net

I find the Beta is an outstanding upgrade. Just the thoughts of going back to the outdated original is enough to make me cringe. I have used it for a month and can only say good things about it and have recomended it to people. Having said this I must state that in the last week I have had problems geting the Beta version to load incoming messages. It say that it is taking to long to load and to use the original version. Tne line speed is 6528 Kbps 800 K bytes/sec. I followed your recomendations with out any luck.
Thanks for an outsanding product untill the Gritch stold it.

Ever since I switched to your new system I have had problems. The e-mail function has frozen up and I can not delete messages or create new messages or transfer messages to my folders. I am helpless before a screen now and I have spent hours trying to fix this and I would like to go back to your old Yahoo system which worked well for me. Please respond to this message soon.
Is there a phone number I can call?
