What a waste of time all this messing about which leaves me without any of my email and impossible to undertand the reason for putting loyal customers in a hopeless position without proper support.
I have no hope of being able to recieve my mail in my long standing email address and custome.
Telephoning help is a waste of time and expense. I do not think I will remain a BT cusdtomer for very much longer.

Go Liam! Some of my friends and I are simply fascinated by Liam, and we collect all those little animations of him. As for the removal of the beta... it could use some more work. But I do agree that it's the best email out there! Keep up with the great work!

Don't rush the removal of Beta too quickly -- there is still some way to go I think.

Half the Preference pages are the old style; the Calendar is years behind everything else; the Notepad is old too

although iMap access for us paying users would be nice too ;-)

Other than that I love it!

It is at least 10 months since I have seen the '''Coming soon to a screen near you!''' message. Still doesn't look like it will be coming any sooner... Come on Yahoo , look after your BT customers too !!!!
