I have been having issues with my yahoo mailbox and have followed this up in exactly the way help pages suggest by sending emails to the techies and filling the appropriate forms. But to no avail, the way Yahoo technical guys have responded to my emails looks like they are from another planet! They don't want to help me or at least that's my impression. Can you please help me to resolve the issue, which is the search facility in my mailbox doesn't work. Please email me urgently.
