It would be helpful if all emails and attachments in a particular folder could be exported.

This was suggested (generically) back in August 2007 by someone and still hasn't been implemented.

Other than this, I do in fact prefer (and use more often) the old format, but the newer format is helpful from time to time. :) Thanks!

Search Issues
1)It would be helpful if the search history were stored permanently, for reuse.

2) When trash is emptied , the search window is not refreshed but empty.

"I attempted to cut and paste a piece of information for an outgoing email letter I was sending to a friend, but when I did the right click to paste, the response on the screen was like a “select all” to the email letter, rather than to just simply give me the option to paste the object."

I'm having this problem too.

I can no longer close the Yahoo mail program by clicking on the red "x" in the top right corner--I have to go through alt-control-delete. This started occurring after upgrading to the new version of Yahoo. Also, when I type in a box, such as in here, many letters and spaces are missing, requiring me to go through each message to correct the errors before sending. Is there a way to revert to the older version I had which worked fine?

BobDee,

I don't believe there is currently a Mail indicator within Yahoo! Mail, but many people use the email notification built into Yahoo! Messenger. You may want to try that.
